The Jewish Cemetery in the Jánošíkova Street is the older of two Jewish burial places in Piešťany. There are 637 mostly well preserved tombstones of varied size, form and age made from limestone, marble, granite and also rarely terrazzo. The oldest identified ones came from the mid 19th century.
